The greenhouse is giving up its produce, the final harvest is upon us...
sweet pepper
chilli
aubergine
(bitten, battered and dragged around the conservatory and left for dead outside the bathroom by Darcy)
Darcy checking out berries on the cotoneaster...
Bingley on a spider hunt
Remember to visit Jonesie and find out what has been happening over her place and in all the other kitties gardens this week (just scroll down on Jonesie’s blog and follow the links)
your veggies look great, especially those peppers! And just look at you with bunting on your shed (are we allowed to call it a shed?) - it looks most festive!
ReplyDeleteHappy days dear,
Denise x
You have some lovely looking food growing in your greenhouse.
ReplyDeleteWe still have toms coming through!
What a great last harvest. Our beans are hoping to go down tghe greenehouse route next year.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a good harvest too!! Get that spider, Bingley!!
ReplyDeleteEverything looks yummy. Except for blueberries our edible stuff didn't do very well this year.
ReplyDeleteThat aubergine looks wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThis made mommy laugh about the eggplant being bitten, dragged around and left for dead outside the bathroom. You go, Bingley and Darcey!
ReplyDeleteThat's a really nice final harvest, Bingley and Darcy! Oh, and Darcy: we're curious ... was your spider hunt a successful one? :)
ReplyDeleteYour produce looks lovely from your garden; we're sure Darcy and Bingley are very proud that all their hard work is paying off :)!!...Have a fun day, handsome friends...Calle, Halle, Sukki
ReplyDeleteDarcy and Bingley,

You grow chilies?! Wow. Do you cats like those?
ReplyDeleteWe have tons of spiders. Maybe we could have a progressive spider hunt...with all of us hunting together at each others houses! We could vote on which garden has the tastiest ones!
ReplyDeleteAwesome harvest. We always think harvest time should be celebrated. When mom was at school (decades ago) harvest was made much of ~ but these days not so many schools celebrate.
ReplyDeleteYour leaves are still more green than ours, but we have had the first frost warning, so summer is at an end, for another year!
ReplyDeleteMom thinks those are the sexist sweet peppers ever. Love the color!
ReplyDeleteDear Mrs H
ReplyDeleteNo sooner did I publish one comment today than another came along !! Thank you so much for all your lovely words. The Leek & Dumpling Stew is a Cranks recipe - I'll certainly post it on the blog for you - and the lasagne :-)
