Timeless thoughts of a winter's stare;
eyes gazing over a landscape bare.
After a mild Autumn when I even wore a t-shirt outside once while I gardened,
Jack Frost has arrived!
Mr Darcy navigating the leaf fall and shaking his paws in the cold!
But not for long! In he came to rest a while (actually most of the day - ahem!) on the bed
Mr Bingley knows better than to even venture outside at all!
Keep snug lovely bloggers
(and those of you in hot climes - well, we envy you :-)
Mr Darcy, Mr Bingley...I am so glad to see your handsome delightful faces again! XXXoooXXX
ReplyDeleteI love the way cats shake their paws when it is cold outside, our two are staying in just like Mr Bingley and Mr Darcy but at nearly 20 years old they don't venture far these days. Hope you keep snug and warm too:)
ReplyDeleteHi Bingley and Darcy...Jack Frost arrived here over night too. Our birdbath is an ice skating ring.
ReplyDeleteWe awoke to 29 degrees F.
Hugs madi and mom
Isn't it wonderful to have a lovely, toasty home when it's cold outside!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
The Chans
Things have begun turning colder here, too. Mr. Darcy and Mr. Bingley have the right idea ... inside and snuggly and warm is the best place to be when Jack Frost comes knocking. :)
ReplyDeleteHugs to you all, sweet friends!
We had our first snowfall of the season on Saturday. It made us glad we're inside kitties. Brrrrrr!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by! The "boys" look wonderful, we hope all is well with you.
ReplyDeleteJack Frost visited us yesterday with -10 C in the morning = BRRRRR !
ReplyDeleteToday we have +6C and rain.
I do think I prefer Jack Frost :)
Yes, Snuggle Season is here!!!
ReplyDeleteCuddle down, felines.
ReplyDeleteKeep your paws warm.
Purrs
I just noticed that you posted ... I had to pop over right away and say hi to you, Helen, and the furry lads. They are as handsome as ever. We've got Jack Frost here too and some snow. Loving it!
ReplyDeleteWishing you a beautiful weekend...
