Seeing the world through Fred's eyes
... count down to his Winter hibernation
We found out that Mr Bingley has a heart murmur, but it is mild and his big loving heart just keeps on beating (and he gets extra kisses).
Mr Darcy, well... he just hangs out more as the days turn cooler.
Oh, how lovely to see Fred and Mr Bingley and Mr Darcy again! Our elderly cat Max has a heart murmer too, he keeps going on and is 21 now. My cousin's tortoise Josh went into hibernation early in September this year:)
ReplyDeleteEasy does it for all your family.
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely to see all of you. sweet Dreams, Fred. Keep on loving, boys!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
The Chans
Hi, boys! How fun to see you!
ReplyDeleteDon't fret, Mr Bingley--Elliott has a heart murmur too and he gets a whole LOT of kisses.
Fred is looking good. Where does he hibernate?
ReplyDeleteWe are glad Mr. Bingley's heart murmur is not too bad. We have had a number of cats with them, and they all did just fine.

DeleteFred hibernates in.... wait for it... our fridge! Yep. In a tupperware box full of straw (no lid). It is a constant low temperature that I can monitor - never too warm or freezing which is critical. I open the door every day. But he requires very little oxygen in dormancy X
