pipe dreams

Darcy and Bingley
Longest continuous 'pipe watch' recorded so far = 1 hour 50 mins (weird but true)
balls, sticks, feathers, laser beams, string
...who cares for toys when you can sit together staring at the boiler pipes!

A second visit in the evening - sleepier but still in for the long haul

  1. What did you see in amongst all those pipes, Darcy and Bingley? We bet it was something great!

  2. Our mom is scratching her head, figuratively speaking, as to why you would find boiler pipes so fascinating. Does the water make a noise as it goes through the pipes? If so, perhaps that's the attraction!

  3. This is TOO hilarious. It's 'video' watching at its best.

My Miss Kitty used to do that by the compost bin. Methinks there were lots of wee critters scurrying about in that bevy of food treasures. I used to say as Kitty's tail would disappear around the corner that she was going to watch the 'soaps'.... Days of Our Lives... or whatever. LOL

The first photo of your two is so cute!

  5. Hahahahahaha! We bet there are faint crackling sounds in those pipes. And we bet it's warm in fron of the boiler! Can we come and sit too?

  6. Is it warm there, is that why you like it? Archie likes to sleep in the laundry room sometimes which is directly across from the furnace and it is VERY warm!

  8. Are they rattling and bubbling? You two look like furry feather dusters lying there all comfy.
